Had anyone switched banks for free cash?

Is it straightforward, and what happens if you have more than one account at same bank…. Do you switch all accounts or just the ‘current account’

I did once, and it was just the current account. Useful and easy/straightforward service

I have, just the current account and it was very easy, bank arranged the changes for dd etc.

I always find it straightforward, once you’ve filled in the online forms the bank does all the work for you.
