Any suggestions to stop the bleeding?

Was clipping my dog's nails (he is 75lbs, doped up on trazedone, and was still not cooperating), and my daughter accidentally quicked him. It wont stop bleeding. Ive tried quickstop spray and baking powder (didn't have any flour or cornstarch), and it doesn't help that he wont stay still to do much. Any other suggestions to stop the bleeding? My back porch looks like a murder scene.

I feel so bad.

Also after using something to stop the blood try and keep him confined and calm (and dry- don't take him out in the snow for hours).
