Does anyone know Where can I buy a decorative base to cover the bottom of this post?

Bunnings, or online we got ours of eBay, about half the price of Bunnings. Just be sure to get the 2 piece ones as they also have 1 piece ones that have to go over the post while building.

Just be mindful of your termite management if you do install a post trim.
