How do I do so please? As I have found a website that seems to be the official page but is not yet showing availability for 2023.

Pretty sure Machu Picchu is closed in Feb due to rainy season / maintenance.

Maybe you should reconsider. Rainy season in MP starts Nov to March. Feb is a worse time to visit.

Wait until the slots are available on official website... what else should you do?

You can book with an agency, and they will buy it when available for you, but this will cost you extra. So better just wait for availability
