A physician written a book on Nature/Landscape

Quick question: If a physician has written a book on Nature/Landscape, should he/she include MD with the name? because the next book is a medicine-related topic and will include MD with the name.

What to do for the first one? thoughts?

I would use MD for the medical related books, but "Dr." for the non-medical related.

I am an MD who writes fiction. I don't use Dr. or MD on my books. I do have a collection of medically related stories and essays and used MD in the byline for that book.
