Day 2 with KETO.. No energy, no appetite, a little nausea, and the only thing that sounds appetizing is fruit

I’ve had 3 eggs, about 1/2 cup of chicken salad and maybe a cup of keto friendly Mexican chicken casserole to eat today.

How long before this passes?

My wife is feeling fine and it’s day 2 for her as well.

I felt horrid for an entire month. That was 2 years ago when I started keto. Just 2 days ago, however, I got strict with myself again, cut out all keto snacks, keto bread, etc... and I'm definitely feeling the difference!! Wooooh! Wasn't too hungry for dinner. Had some very light homemade soup, and have zero energy. Must be getting back into ketosis. I should be THRILLED but I just feel depressed!!! Uy......!!

Took me about 4 or 5 days. I started last Monday, I was back to myself on Thursday-Friday.

Drinking water and electrolytes isn't optional. Dieting isn't supposed to make you sick. Cut your carbs slowly while you are transitioning into fat burning mode.

Give it the rest of the week. By day 3 and 4 you should feel better.
