I just boiled 6 eggs. I will be eating it with a little bit of cheese on the side And I love an Avocado. I'm back to my sauerkraut soup. 7 weeks down 27 pounds. It's real hard work. I also have been Whipping up extra whipping cream with with raspberries blueberries strawberries just a few berries. Sometimes I put a teaspoon of cocoa powder in there to make it chocolatey. No fix sugar because Of the berries. Sometimes I put unsweating coconut in there that shredded. I refrigerate the the whip cream or sometimes when I make smoothies I freeze a smoothie in a glass with a Cover.
