Wallpaper or paint ideas.. please

Hi, woodchip paper removed from walls and the walls are terrible, not smooth etc so can't have nice thin paper

On a very tight budget, what wallpaper or paint ideas do people have please, would like a blush pink with another colour if possible.

I would line 5he walls with lining paper first, it's usually put up horizontally.

Paint the wall, then it will show all the imperfections, then fill and sand down, do this and you'll have decent enough walls to hang your paper
