Sowed lettuce and a few other things. Coming up great but having problems with mold starting on the soil
The solution for me is bottom watering. I never water from the top after the seeds have sprouted. No mold, my lettuce and spring onions are thriving, and my cherry tomatoes have tiny green cherries on them. BTW, they're all growing in a south facing window with extra lights. sprinkle cinnamon or cover with vermiculite. the mold will cause damping off of your seedling and they will die. mold comes from the soil always being damp.
