Anyone else make their own version of Chimichurri?

I replace with roasted garlic instead of fresh, use balsamic vinaigrette instead of red wine, and add Worcestershire. Give me some more recipes. Fresh parsley, dried oregano from last week, garlic from last season, and crushed red pepper from Thai chili plant dried, infused olive oil from dried herbs.

Yes!! It’s good on meat pasta roasted veggies salad bread you name it. Love making in summer when my garden is growing lots of fresh herbs.

All the green onions and cilantro, red pepper flakes, garlic, olive oil, and some lime juice.

Love it on a grilled ribeye. Your version sounds delicious. I like a little jalapeno in it.
