Try artbreeder.com. It’s AI and free to make an account. Really fun to play with the settings on an image. You can even pick two images to create ‘offspring.’

I do Pinterest boards and AI art. But there are a lot of amazing artists out there that do character portraits for commission.

Also be aware that Ai's tend to screw up fingers. Note the pic I added below. Thats a "good result" compared to many other resulting images.
