physical therapy!!! often tennis elbow is due to trigger points/shortened muscles - stretch and maybe get the TerraGun. local creams and heat/cold therapy can help... reduce load while working out. or maybe no upper body workout for a month- cause in my personal expereince I had to really let it heal, otherwise it has the the tendency to come back.

I didn't have tennis elbow. I had a small tear on the ligament, and it took over a year to heal. It wasn't healing for the longest time and what really helped was not sleeping on that side and supporting that arm with pillows when I slept. After doing this it started to heal.

I did months of freeze sleeves, osteopath appointments, exercises, etc, but it just hung around. Ruined my sleep, like a constant toothache.

Time. It took me about 6 months to get over, but don't take that for gospel. Anti-inflammatory cream on bad days, and rest it. Lay off the curls for a while and see.
