Christmas gift for my builders and the tradesmen

Dear all, I’m almost halfway finished with my home extension build and I got into a discussion with my hubby.

I have no idea if I should prepare a Christmas gift for my builders and the tradesmen that we work with. Hubby thinks that we are not obliged to do.

Any ideas of a gift for a tradesman?

Some cold beers and sausages sizzle on their last day before xmas is a nice way to show appreciation and thanks . It also sets the tone for the new year , ppl who are recognized for their efforts will give %110.
