Prefab/modular homes? What are the thoughts on these homes has anyone had them and are they happy with their quality?

You have to be VERY careful about inclusions and exclusions. Often they end up costing the same if not more as a new build because there are many things (like the slab or footings for a start) that aren’t included.

I’ve been curious about this as well. I was thinking of subdividing and putting a modest house on the rear of my block.
