I’m thinking about adding a compost pile in the greenhouse to help with heat during the cold nights?

I have 8x10 greenhouse...

Has anyone started this? If so how big does the pile need to be to start to heat the greenhouse?

I have one in my unheated greenhouse. And it is currently frozen solid.

To heat greenhouse, you will need pile bigger than your greenhouse so good luck.

A compost heap needs to be at least 3x3x3 to generate heat.
