There are plenty of cover artists on FB and on sites like Reedsy and other places.

You will have to figure out what your budget is and then search for one. I just don't want you to be flattened by sticker shock.

I went to 3 and they were not great and then I stopped being cheap

and paid for a good one from Domanza

If your book is good and salable, a publisher will arrange for that.
