I was wondering if anyone has bought anything from a website called treasure cat?

I ordered some Christmas baubles end of November. I appreciate there have been postal strikes so I expected a delay. I've tried to get in contact with the site but heard nothing back.

I thought I'd ask this lovely group to see if anyone else has had the same issue. Thank you in advance, wishing you all a lovely Christmas.

Always checkout websites, companies and stores via https://www.gov.uk/government/organisat ... nies-house Click the list “ find company information” if the name isn’t listed it’s not bonifide, do another check on trustpilot you’ll soon see if it’s a scam. Hope this helps.

Trustpilot reviews unfortunately says that it's a scam, very few people receive their items. May just be a waiting game to see if the items turn up.

I placed an order 4th November, nothing has arrived and no response to my emails. I have just today reported the payment to my bank but not hopeful of seeing my money or items.

I ordered leggings from them early Dec and they arrived earlier this week BUT they arrived via Royal Mail which is really pot luck just now so your stuff might just be amongst the chaos.
