I hear many a times parents complaining that "My child doesn't listen to me at all & is interested in doing just the opposite of what I ask him/ her to do"!

Parents really get frustrated by this action of their little ones

But the simple fact is that:

Children have a tendency to comprehend things faster when they see it rather than listening...

They are unaware of the fact that their behaviour is irritating you,, but that's the way their brains are just designed to adapt to external stimuli...

So the next time when u want to convey to ur little one anything that should/shouldn't be done,, enact it to them & show through your actions...

They will be able to respond to it more quickly & display a positive behavioral response

P.S- (This is why they observe every little action of yours & replicate it with soo much of accuracy)

Let me know in the comments section if u hv had any similar experiences.

Potty training works the same way. Words like “pee goes in potty” mean little on their own if the pee is allowed to go elsewhere. As soon as the parent sees any pee, get it in the potty for them in order to show with actions that the only acceptable place to put it is in the potty.
