OK, we are updating the kitchen with a Valencia mould on the cupboard doors (heritage mould), all white with a woodgrain finish.
Stone benches to be white Calcutta or similar.
Black oven and cooktop, stainless under-mount sink, white integrated rangehood, white dishwasher, the fridge is brushed stainless.
I'm stuck on the tap which is in the island. So, only close to sink and dishwasher.
I love the farmhouse style mixers and have narrowed it down to Bunnings and IKEA ones for style and price.
I can get chrome or matt black.
What do you think?

I’d go the chrome given a mix of surfaces already and the sink is stainless. Depending where they are made and the quality black sometimes doesn’t do well with various water.
Chrome. It will never date
I have chrome with white handle
My kitchen one is Armando viccario. A lot more expensive, now you can get much cheaper ones.
I have the bunnings ones in my bathrooms and I can’t fault them.

My vote is for the chrome. I started changing my door handles to Matt black and in just over a year they have scratches etc would hate to think how tapware would be. I’ve used the same Bunnings range in my powder room and laundry and love them.
Go the chrome Bunnings one. We’ve had them in our container house for nearly 4 years and they’ve been fabulous. Even my hubby who is a plumber was impressed with them for the price.
