Our neighbors are currently extending their place and they have just levelled out the soil that was removed for the footings across their yard, raising the ground level by about 30cm.
It's making our fence (approx 4 years old) bulge in between the posts so I'm wondering if this is allowed or if it should have had a retaining wall etc built.
Wondering if anyone is aware of the requirements (South Australia) for removal of excess soil from building sites?

They would need a retaining wall. I'm betting the neighbors aren't aware the builders have done that, let them know asap.
