I must have missed this but when did Google change the layout of their search results?

Instead of showing page 1, page 2 etc, it now is one long search result.

They have been slowly implementing as many ways to keep you on Google properties as possible for the last 20 years. This is just another one. They probably A/B tested and figured you're more likely to just keep scrolling than give up.

I kinda hate it.
