The vaccination card in Central & Southamerica

Hey everyone, I'm starting my travels through Central & SouthAmerica next week and was wondering if it was necessary to bring my vaccination card (NOT the covid certificate) with me or is it enough if I have it on my phone ?

I know some countries want to see that you have the yellow fever vaccine that's why I'm asking..

Take it on your phone and print it too. I might even get my first tattoo just to be sure.

Yellow fever has to be on paper, since it's a standardized vaccination card. Covid one can be on the phone.
