Can y’all give me some ideas of crunchy healthy foods?

We provide health education and information to mums, dads and everyone involved in caring for children. Our goal is to improve child survival by promoting child health intelligence.

My son only eats crunchy foods and I’m trying to at least make some of it healthier!

  • Celery and mild bell.
  • Peppers.
  • Roasted chickpeas.
  • Cucumbers.
  • Carrots.

Celery, bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers offer with hummus.
Oven or air fryer roasted vegetables and potatoes so they're cooked but still crunchy.
Apples with peanut butter.
A few almonds.
Air fryer is a good way to keep things crisp but not overly cooking things at least with me. Keep a close eye on things just until a little toasty on softer texture items.

I air fried tofu with a bit of barbecue sauce, he loved it! My grandson only eats crispy food and sometimes pasta, I’m a chef and try everyday something new! Made him these and was a winner!

Raw Carrots, raw green beans, corn on the cob, apples, pears, nuts, peppers.

Harvest Snaps, they are green pea crisps. They come in different flavors. Fresh snap peas too if he will do veggies.
