I was hoping someone can help me with a Dexcom issue?

So, 4 days after placing a new sensor and a new transmitter, I got a signal loss alert that I could not fix after several attempts to disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth, as well as restarting my phone. Each time I click on this transmitter to try and connect it to Bluetooth it says "an app is needed to use this device" and won't give me other options.

I didn't know what else to do so I tried a new sensor on my opposite arm, started the warmup session, and got another signal loss error that I couldn't fix.

Any ideas what the issue might be? It doesn't seem to be my phone because I can connect it to other Bluetooth devices but I'm not sure, open to any ideas!

Agree with calling Dexcom.

They’ll help and can send you replacements. It could be your transmitter, too. I had one fail last week and had to replace my day-old sensor and transmitter. They sent me replacements for both.
