Everything I read and am told says blood sugars should be around 140 two hours after eating, 180 at the absolute max.
Have any of you seen any info, charts etc of what a healthy, non-diabetics numbers are at earlier intervals? 20 min, 40 min, 1 hour, etc after eating?
It’s odd to me I’m having such difficulty finding that.
