Does anyone have any tips for travel or residential camps with keeping sugars stable?

The information given in this board is non medical and based on research and peoples personal experience.

We travel quite a bit. Just try to stay in your routine. Eat at regular times as much as possible. Make smart choices, which can be tough when eating out a lot. Plan time to rest. Take plenty of diabetic supplies (I normally carry 3 times the pump and Dexcom supplies than I would normally use). That way if you have a bad sensor or inset there is no panic. Take snacks with you. Hope that helps.

I’m confused by the question. I travel often - domestic and international, driving and flying - and I am able to keep my bg pretty good. Take enough supplies and go someplace fun.
