.. After a good week or 2 of being done with the topical and oral medication it came back.

Any suggestions on how to keep this from happening?

I don't know how she got it and she is an indoor cat.

Her 2 siblings don't have it.

I am also treating her brothers ear for sores. I am at a loss on what else to do for these 2.

I cannot afford to go back to the vet! I am broke and I am getting desperate for alternative remedies!

Any advice and suggestions?

Thank you in advance.

Did it get cultured to make sure it was gone the first time? Ringworm can get into the environment and reinfect them so careful washing of everything she comes in contact with or that can be laundered. Unfortunately, you won't be able to treat it without prescription meds but you could call your vet and tell them it's returned. They may just give you more meds for a longer time.
