What would y'all consider "Medium sized corpses"?

Trying to describe a healing ability for my necromancer MC.

No bigger than him/herself might be an interesting limit.

e.g. loses weight through illness or diets to get into a fancy outfit, then can’t resurrect someone slightly chunkier. Reminisces about the time a friend dies, so stuck ‘em in cold storage and overate all week to bulk up and revive them.

All depends on where you are (geographical location often dictates height, weight, size of people). I assume "corpse" as in human being...
