Personally, I find google flights better than sky scanner.

Use a VPN and clear your cookies.

Also worth being flexible with start point if you can. Saved 100s by flying to the states from Dublin.

Try wizz air. They are releasing new routes all the time and we got some some flights to Turkey the other night for £30 pp
