My seven months old baby is constipated

.. she cries or is not comfortable when ever she wants to poo..at some point I use my hand to assist her and bring out the poo.please what could be the issue?

Like you said your baby has constipation

There are two main factors that can lead to constipation in children

These are: early toilet training and change in diet.

Fortunately, most constipation in children are temporary and can be resolved by plenty intake of fluids, fruits, diet.

Aside giving lots of water and natural fruit juice, also give fibre rich fruits with the fibre eaten and not just the juices. He also need fibre rich foods (cereals and other meals) which enables bowel movement.
