My 1 month old baby poops after/during every feed

Please I’m worried about my 1 month old baby. He poops after/during every feed and sometimes when you remove his diaper before while trying to change he’s pooped again maybe because of the fresh air. It’s kind of watery but has the egusi like particles that come with it.

Kindly advice what it might be and how to go about it.

There is nothing to worry about since the poo does not sink into the diaper.

It is very normal for babies to poo after feed it is called exaggerated gastrocolic reflex. So long as the stools are normal, the frequency is not a problem either.
