Good morning doctor, my daughter is 2 years and 2 month and her anterior frontanelle still pulsates although you'll have to look well before you notice but it still does pulsates and when I put my finger I can feel like small round hole there.

I don't know if it's something to be worried about?

Anterior Fontanelle (AF). The anterior fontanelle and smaller posterior fontanelle are normal and present in all children.

According to Dr. Gbemisola, "Anterior Fontanelle closes by 18 - 24 months averagely in healthy children. Some conditions can cause delay in closure".

Please see a pediatrician to know if there is any reason to worry or you just need a little more patients.
