My 4 weeks old baby cries alot before pooing

Good afternoon ma, please my 4 weeks old baby cries alot before pooing, the poo is the normal egusi like poo, not watery not hard. But he cries alot before it comes out, and only get relieved immediately the poo comes out.

Is it something I need to worry about?

Crying to pass stool does not mean hard stool. If the stool is normal i.e semi-formed no need to worry. Most babies cry when passing stool and there is really nothing wrong especially when the stool is normal.
