Please help me, my twins are always making some sound I don't understand, especially the boy. He sounds like some one that wants to pass a strong poo. please can it be worm?

Can I deworm them,they will be 9months by 27th of this month.

If not worm, what can possibly be the problem and it's solution please?

There's nothing wrong with babies groaning, as long as the poo is normal and not hard.

Deworming starts at one year to be repeated every 6 months.

Kindly wait till they are one year before you deworm them.
