Just had my gallbladder out two weeks ago
.. Don’t really wanna take meds, for the rest of my life, how can I change my diet, to help me out?!
So lipids or fats are going to be your issue. Gall bladder assists with processing fats amongst other things. The problem is we need healthy fat. So thinking plant based best way to go but avoid all saturated and trans fats. Some exist naturally in red meat but your body won’t be able to digest them. Eliminate all processed foods because they contain a huge amount of trans and saturated fats. Keep a food journal and record how your body responds to everything you consume.
I feel for you! I've had mine out! Unfortunately it's trial and error, each person is so different. I found eating smaller meals and minimal fat helped. I have the smallest dash of milk or black tea. ( I don't drink coffee) . Eating vegetables/salad, particularly with fatty meals makes a big difference. I found apples upset me!! I can eat small ones or I stew them. Take a tablespoon of ACV in water before meals.
I take HCL (hydrochloric acid) capsules, which my Naturopath advised me to take. I started with two or three a day (I can't remember!!) I now take one a day and an extra one if I've had a big/fatty meal. It has been a life saver. Search on this page for more ideas. Good luck

healthy and delicious and easy to prepare and cook. I share quite a few on my Instagram page if this interests you.
I changed what I eat over 3 years ago because of an advanced cancer diagnosis. It’s made a massive difference.
