How do I know if my pregnancy of 16 weeks and some days is developing?

Good morning doctors.

Please, How do I know if my pregnancy of 16 weeks and some days is developing without visiting the hospital and apart from doing ultrasound because I've done more than 3 in the past weeks and the doctor said the baby is very fine.

I'm 99% okay but I'm a bit anxious because no baby kicks yet and my tummy isn't too big.

Note: I'm not a first time mum.

You may want to go back for another scan in a couple of weeks if you are so worried about it
