I am not on a quantified diet as of now from the past year but I consume around 80-100 gm of protein on a daily basis.. I am always facing issues like bloating & farting. What can be the cause and how to assess it?
I am 30 yrs old male weighing 69.10 kg, height 5.5, and a regular gym-goer. My daily diet includes the usual home-cooked food. Sometimes I have fast food once or twice a month.
