I have a beagle mix. He is about 7 years old and he has always struggled with intestinal issues

.. Well, last night he pooped in his crate which is unheard of and today he pooped what looked like either worms or intestinal lining with some traces of blood.

What could be causing this? He eats science diet sensitive stomach food?

Sometimes I add pumpkin or coconut oil.

that looks like 3 types of worms to me I would get him wormed for all round worm lung worm and tape worm and get him tested for heart worm to if it's worms that's a real lot.
