Puerto Rico.. Can’t decide if I should rent a car or just Uber while there?

Hello fellow travelers, I will be taking a trip to Puerto Rico at the end of March and can’t decide if I should rent a car or just Uber while there?

Has anyone done the bioluminescent tour, if so which company did you use?

What else are some must see and do things?

Best beaches?

There are 3 different bio bays in PR The brightest in the world is in Vieques. Try to go when moon is the least bright.

You’ll need to rent a car if you plan on doing much exploring.

Beaches depend on which area you’re staying..
