Hey travel buddies! This time I am looking for advice on Costa Rica

.. Specifically looking for next December for my father in law’s 60th birthday celebration with the family. We want a nice resort that is adults only, not all inclusive, and possibly inland somewhere different than the usual beach.

In all honesty, talk to a good travel agent. We are going to Costa Rica

in March. Our ta pointed out the three ways to see/enjoy County. High end resorts on beach, resorts with golf or eco tours. We have a 11 day eco tour planned which includes beach time.

We just stayed at casa del Rio in LA Fortuna. So so great. We stayed in the main house. So much to do in the area. Chocolate tours, sloth tours, river rafting, zip lining through the jungle, monkey watching. Private pool, Hot tub. The whole trip was amazing!
