Did anyone else get hit badly by an update on Feb 3rd/4th?

My site is getting about a third of the traffic that it was getting and I've no idea how to recover it. Any tips or advice are welcome!

There is no way for anyone to give you any meaningful guidance with the information you provided. I would start by running a scan of your site through screaming frog (it’s free for up to 500 URLs) and see if anything unusual turns up.

As Michelle pointed out, hard to say.. this update was to tackle AI generated content, so if you were using AI content without human editing, that could be the main culprit.

try to "refresh" your content. find out those articles where you lost your keyword, do some fresh changes then republish it.

If your content is worth full then wait for the other update or, start working on a new site ASAP, don’t waste time.
