Any opinions on menu bar on a website?

Any opinions on menu bar on a website? Like I can list 3-4 main services with more sub-service options below each name OR I can just have an "Our Services" menu with a drop down.

Will the service page links be seen the same way if in a "Our Services' drop down or is it better to list the main ones on the menu bar?

Main ones on the menu is my preference, easier to navigate and can help you reduce the bounce rates as well.

1 tab - all services under it.
