Anyone ideas?
Just checked my bank (bank of Scotland) and I have £25 paid into my account yesterday by ‘LBG cashback’
I’m not due refunds, rewards etc that I know of.
I’ve googled LBG and it says Lloyds banking group.
Why would they give me cashback? Anyone any ideas what else it could be? Can’t think!

It could be a rewards thing linked to your card, ie if you use a certain card to pay for food shopping, you can get rewards for using it.
Other than that, I'm not sure.

Lloyds do a reward scheme, if you check your app it says about it, at certain shops or online you get a percentage back ..
Best idea would be to ask ur bank surely? Pop into a branch or make a phone call n then you ll know for sure what it relates to
Lloyd's have a scheme set up with their current account that you can get an amount of cashback based on what you spent in the month. They don't do it every month, so it's a nice little surprise every so often.
Find the payment on your online statement then click on it and it will tell you what it's for. Also on te site it gives a list about 40 shops that give a % of cashback if you purchase from them.
I would have thought that contacting your bank would be a priority rather than going online....what is this world turning into for pity sake....
