Can I warn people about what a scam the buy a gift website is

.. We were bought a two night stay with dinner voucher by friends for our wedding which they paid £250 for. We can’t use it without paying hundreds of pounds ourselves. We have tried mid week out of school holidays but they still require an upgrade fee. Some of them it’s asked for £800! And I’m only talking premier inn.

They won’t acknowledge my emails and I just think it’s disgusting.

I can book the hotels direct myself for less than they want from me as an upgrade price!

Same ad car chase heroes car day... you but someone a gift to drive a vehicle, but then the person had to spend money to be able to drive it. Then they constantly cancel your track day

I was shafted with them in covid bought several gift’s Christmas before covid struck. They refused to honour any of the days out, lost a lot of money and presents were useless.

We've never had an issue with them before. Can you contact buy a gift direct to let them know you're having trouble booking with hotels? They've always been helpful when we've contacted in the past. Hope you manage to sort it.
