Good afternoon doctors, I took my baby to the clinic today and his weight is not adding.

Bw 3.2kg
3month 6kg
6month again 6kg today.

Exclusive breastfeeding Just started Tomborn 3days ago and the nurse said is okay.

The weight shouldn't be stagnant for 3 months especially if there was no illness and the baby is feeding well. You should see a doctor to know why if the weight is still not improving .

We don't recommend tombrown when starting complementary feeding in case your baby is allergic to any of the ingredients. Start with one meal per time.
