All your baby need is BREASTMILK only for the first six months of life.

What you can give a baby of 3 months apart from breastmilk is formula.

Breastmilk production is based on demand. That is, the more your baby sucks, the more the breastmilk will flow.

To increase breast milk supply, you need to eat balanced diet, drink lots of fluids (water, tea, pap). But most importantly relax, avoid stress as much as possible.
