What should I do to reduce the fever at home?

Good morning, please, my toddler is 2 and half years. He has high temperature and when we went to the clinic,the lab test shoes he has bacteria infections.

He was given drugs but it seems the high temperature is still there after three days of taking the drugs.

Please what should I do to reduce the fever at home? Thanks..

Tepid sponge and give appropriate dose of paracetamol.

Kindly go back to the hospital and let the baby be seen by a doctor.
