So I thought I can give up coffee but I can’t. What does everyone use for creamer and to sweeten up your coffees?

Thanks

Don’t use anything artificial like creamers. If you can’t spell the ingredients, you shouldn’t consume.

I find that with a splash of heavy cream the coffee is so mellow that I don’t need any sweetener. So if I were you I would try to find a brand of coffee that is smooth and not bitter. That way you don’t need to use sweetener. If you’re set on having a sugar substitute, go for it, but from what I read your body has an insulin response to them similar to what it does with sugar.

Depends if you are on clean Keto or Dirty Keto. I’m on dirty Keto and use International Delight Sugar Free caramel macchiato creamer and add monkfruit. It never kicks me out of Ketosis. Know everyone is different and Keto police will come after me for suggesting but I was the same way and tried all the sugar free syrups with heavy cream and just couldn’t do it. I had to find what was best for me.

Almond milk. It took me a bit of time to get used to it but I did it before keto. My niece was staying with us & she got me using it. Heavy cream doesn’t agree with me but almond milk does.

So I use a splash of heavy whipping cream, unsweetened almond milk and skinny syrup...

I’m so addicted to what I use and I was a big creamer girl! I buy heavy whipping cream powder (1tbsp), some monk fruit sweetener, dash of cinnamon, splash of vanilla, & I use the handheld frother—- SO good

I’m myself a coffee addict and that was the only worry of mine how I’m gonna handle it when I was starting with keto. I hate artificial sweeteners, so I just went with coffee and half&half, it took me some time to get used to but now I’m enjoying it!
