What are your recommendations for juicers?

Is cold pressed and mastication juicer the same thing? I’m hoping to buy one second hand. On marketplace I can see a Breville, Neo and Froothie Optimum.

Are any of these good? Is there anything I should know before I buy?

There is a place for everything including juicing.

The advantage of a cold pressed juicer is the juice is good up to 3 days stored in an airtight bottle in the fridge.

If you use a centrifugal juicer you need to drink the juice immediately to get the benefits.

Fibre is what builds gut health and any sort of juicing destroys the fibre.
