I had tear during delivery

Good morning doctor, I gave birth 3 weeks ago, I had tear during delivery, one week after delivery I started sitting in warm water, I just noticed that the tear haven't healed and am having a pus like discharge, am s first time mom, am worried.

You should go back to your doctors for follow up review and post partum check.

Instructions on management of episiotomy and what to do and when to come for postpartum check should have been given to you on discharge.
